RESIDENTIAL JUNIOR COLLEGES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR-2025-26 APRJC CET 2025, Apply for Inter first year admission on aprs.apcfss.in APRJC CET Online Application 2025, How to submit at aprs.apcfss.in APRJC 2025 Application Form, Syllabus, Eligibility, Exam Date.Applications are invited online (http://aprs.apcfss.in) only from the students of Andhra Pradesh who are appearing for the 10th class April 2025 examinations for admission to the first year of Intermediate in 07 Residential Junior Colleges and 03 Residential Minority Junior Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2025-26. The entrance examination will be held on 25.04.2025 in 26 district centers of Andhra Pradesh for admission. Minority students seeking admission to the 03 Residential Minority Junior Colleges are not required to write the entrance examination and special guidelines will be issued for their admissions later.

In the schools run by Andhra Pradesh Gurukula Vidyalayam Sanstha, for classes 5,6,7,8, for first year Intermediate in Junior College and for first year Degree in Degree College for the academic year 2025-26. The date of receipt of applications for APRS CAT-2025, APRJC & DC CET 2025 to be conducted for admission is from 01-03-2025 to 31-03-2025. Online applications can be submitted through https://aprs.apcfss.in. It is to be noted that there is no possibility of further extension of the deadline.

1. Salient features of APR Junior Colleges:
a) The APR Institutions are under the purview of School Education Department,
Government of Andhra Pradesh.
b) The APR Junior Colleges are providing education in Residential Mode only.
c) Individual attention is being paid on each student.
d) The APR Junior Colleges are provided with good infrastructure facilities in
addition to well-equipped Laboratories, Libraries, Reading Rooms and Play
Grounds with well-equipped Physical Education Department.
e) Apart from the academic activities, importance is given to sports and
games and other co-curricular activities for the all-round development of
students.
f) Loco-Parent system is implemented by appointing one Lecturer as LocoParent to a group of 15 to 20 students for taking personal care of each
student.
g) Long term coaching is being provided to students for exams like
IIT/NEET/CA-CPT. Digital Classes will also be provided whenever
necessary.
h) Day starts with the physical exercises and Classes commence at 8.00 AM
and academic & co-curricular activities continue till 10.00 PM in the night.
i) Special care is being taken for talented and low achievers.

2.Percentage of Reservation in Seats:
a) In all General Colleges:
i) OC:38%, BC-A: 7%, BC-B:10%, BC-C:1%, BC-D:7%, BC-E: 4%, SC:15%
and ST:6%.
ii) Special category Reservation: PHC:3%, Sports:3% CAP (Children of
Armed Personnel):3%, Orphan:3%
b) In all Minority Colleges:
i) Minority:73%, SC:15% and ST:6%
ii) Special category Reservation: PHC (Minority):3% and
Orphan (Minority):3%
Note: The reservations for allotting the seats will be based on Government
Orders issued from time to time.

3. Eligibility:
a) Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied in the state of
Andhra Pradesh only.
b) All candidates who have studied and qualified in SSC or equivalent
qualifying examination during the academic year 2024-25 are only eligible
for admission.
c) The candidates who have passed SSC or equivalent qualifying examination
in previous academic years (prior to 2024-25) at a time and / or
compartmental shall not be eligible to apply.
d) The candidate, who has studied Urdu as one of the languages in SSC or
equivalent qualifying examination, can opt Urdu Medium in Minority Junior
Colleges.

4.Guidelines for Application:
a) All the candidates applying for General Junior Colleges and Minority Junior
Colleges have to attend the APRJC-CET for admissions.
b) All the seats in Minority Junior Colleges are also included in APRJC
CET – 2025. Hence Minority candidates who are seeking for admissions
in APR Minority Junior Colleges have to write APRJC CET – 2025.
c) The candidates have to visit the website https://aprs.apcfss.in to fill the
online application.
d) The candidate shall read the Prospectus carefully and satisfy
himself/herself about the eligibility criteria for admission.
e) The candidate after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility criteria,
shall pay a fee of Rs.300/- through online by clicking/opening the link
Payment during the specified period.
f) During the payment of fee online, the candidate has to give the required
preliminary data i.e., Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Aadhar
Number and Mobile Number.
g) One Mobile Number can be used for one application only. The given
Mobile Number will be verified through OTP.
h) After payment of fee online, a Candidate ID shall be issued. Issue of
Candidate ID does not mean that the candidate has completed submission
of application online. It is only a confirmation for the fee paid.
i) The Candidate shall be ready with a photograph and signature of sie 3.5 X
4.5 cms before filling the online application. The Photo & signature should
be scanned together and be uploaded along with the application form.

j) To Submit online application, click on the link Application Form and login
with Candidate ID and Date of Birth. The online application will be opened.
k) While filling the online application, select the group carefully. Once a
group is opted, the group cannot be changed.
l) If the candidate has wrongly entered his caste / category in the application
and is selected in another category of reservation, admission will not be
given and caste / category will not be changed.
m) While submitting the online Application, there is no need to submit any of
the certificates. But the selected candidate should be able to produce the
original certificates at the time of admission as per the information
furnished in the application.
n) In case of special category such as PHC/CAP/ORPHAN/SPORTS the
candidates have to upload the relevant certificate issued by the authorities
concerned. If wrong/false certificate uploaded then the selection will be
summarily rejected.
o) Fill the details carefully without any errors. For any mistakes/incorrect
information submitted, the candidate is solely held responsible for
rejection of the application / admission.
p) After submitting online Application, the candidate shall take a print of
application form which is to be preserved for future reference.
q) The application / admission of the candidate will be summarily rejected
without further notice if he/she is ineligible on any reason as per the norms
or if they fail to submit the necessary documents at the time of admission.

6.Fee / Charges to be paid at the time of Admission:
a) The colleges offer free education besides free boarding and lodging to
all selected candidates.
b) However, Special Fee and Examination Fee have to be paid as per the
norms prescribed by Board of Intermediate Education, A.P.
c) Caution deposit of Rs.25/- per year have to be paid to the college
concerned at the time of admission.
d) Maintenance Charges Rs.1000/- for 1
st Year at the time of admission and
Rs.1000/- in the 2
nd Year have to be paid to the college concerned.
e) Any fee once paid shall not be remitted back under any circumstances
including cancellation of admission.
